Guess who is slacking off at work?
Haha, Josie here~! (: I am completely free of makeup right now because I was noticed to come into the office so late minute...and I kind of feel exposed.... hah, thats what happens when you wear make up everyday.
Anyways "The Celebration of Lights" is tonight at downtown! It's going to be so pretty. Too bad I can't make it tonight. ): I orginally had plans to go but work had it's calling and my best friend has fallen ill. (I hope she feels better soon!)
Well thats besides the point, I am here to share with everyone new products I tried out recently.
1. Clinique High Definition Lashes Brush then Comb Mascara online $14.50CAD ;in stores $18.00CAD
I've never tried Clinique mascara before this particular one. I went to Sephora the other day and picked it up in 01 Black because of the good review i've heard from this particular brand.
It does live up to its reviews, I absolutle LOVE the brush of this mascara. It can get rid clumps unlike other mascaras I've tried before, and the brush is unique in how it has oneside brush and oneside comb. I naturally do not have the longest lashes so I hate it when it clumps, the comb of this mascara take cares of that.
Although the brush is fairly unique, I wouldn't agree with the formula of this mascara. Yet again, this is definately NOT waterproof. There are mascaras I've tried that despite that its not waterproof but when it comes in contact with light mist it doesn't smudge. This particular Clinique mascara will almost melt on your face if it comes into contact with water. I use eyedrops ( I will do a review on my favourite eyedrops later) and everytime I use them I have to make sure my lashes get dried up later or else I'll look like a lovely raccoon because of how fast the mascara will smudge!
Other than the smudging the formula does last majority of the day.
Overall Josie Rating: ***
2. Josie Maran Argan Color Stick $22 in Sephora
I've been meaning to get a Josie Maran Product for a long time now. What is unique about Josie Maran cosmetic is that the make up is super natural. It's great for sensitive skin!
So anyways I got my color stick in the color Petal Pink. Its a very nice peachy pink color. There is no synthetic fragance added to the color stick so it gives off a natural scent of agran oil and a spicy vanilla scent. I found it absolutely delicious smelling. Not to mention I ADORE how I could use it as a blush and a lip color. The simple appilcation of just swiping it upon the cheeks and blending made this color stick a daily blush for me. My cheeks gave off a lovely glow all week!
The only problem I encountered was how the color did not last the whole day. If I brought my color stick out with me I would re apply about midday.
But all in all I am very satisfy of how naturual the product and color was. Despite how re appilcation might be needed mid day the colors and outcome of this product was worth it. I am very excited to purchase the other color, Rosy from Josie Marans line of color sticks. It supposely gives off a dusty coral color, which is also very natural looking.
Overall Josie Rating: *****
After work perhaps today, if i have time I am going to drop by Sephora to see if I could get the Josie Maran Bronzer, because I've falling in love with Josie Maran products. They are natural and it doesn't cause my skin to break out.
Okay, well I probably should stop slacking off now if I want to get off early today.
Buh Bye~ ♥

Anyways I am here to share with every more of my favourite products~~!!
1.Tokidoki Cromatico Eyeshadow Palette In store price is $29 CAD but it's on sale at Sephora.com for $19
I love the shades in this palette. Its great when you are in a hurry to leave the door but you want to look like you spent some time in your make up. The colors mix together really nicely and it's very pigmented so application is very fast. Also this cute palette comes with a super adorable Tokidoki designer Doll!! It's absolutely cute~ But a downside to this palette is that the white shimmer lacks the pigmentation i anticipated it for. It does give off a very nice glitter but even with primer it doesn't last long and the glitter gets all over your face! If there was more of a gray tone to it i would like it a lot better
2. Natto Rejuvenating Mask $15.99 CAD
I got these just recently these masks at T&T。I honestly was just curious when i first got it because they had all these flavours such as Apple or Cherry Blossom or even Mixed Berries. I mean who can pass out on such DELICIOUS flavours?!
The different types of flavours definitely lives up to its standards. Because every time, I use these babies.... I want to eat my face after. I would get baby butt smooth skin and the most amazing aroma. This is a product i would definitely buy after i am finish. But instead of buying the "All in One" box I would personally go get a mix and match one of "Bulgarian White Rose" "Apple" "Japanese Cherry Blossom" and "Mixed Berries."
Any who, on to my next post about my haul i got at Sephora just a day ago!
With Love, Josie

My favorites of all time. I
So I've decided start this review blog because a close friend of mine inspired me to.
Anyways to start off I would like to first talk about my favourite things or products of all time:
1. Urban Decay's Naked Palette. $49CAD online.
There is enough said by others all over the internet for the reason why I love this product.
2. Lancome's Mascara Virtuose $25 CAD online
The brush and formula holds in the curl in your lashes. Also because of it's black it also lengthen your lashes as much as it volumize it. This is definitely a product i will be purchasing again after i finish it. Also this formula allows users to use it up to six months before having to switch for a new mascara. It holds my curls for the WHOLE DAY~!
The only down side to this amazing mascara is that it is not water waterproof ( as in it does come off if there is enough water.) so it's not ideal when you want to walk out in the rain or go to one of those lovely depressing movies with your boyfriend (normally it would be fine but if you cry as much as i do while watching sad movies this mascara WILL smudge.
Anyways I am going to end this post here. Sadly I don't have enough time to blabber more about my other favourite products. But any how i shall update soon about my new makeup hauls! Oh, and not to mention my clothing if i end up going shopping anytime soon.
July 27th 2011-- Good bye~ With Love, Josie
